Participate in monitoring and implementing the project's mechanical works (HVAC, fire protection, water supply, drainage)
Monitor site works and ensure they follow drawings and specifications
Work with contractors, subcontractors and the project's technical teams
Support resolution of technical issues arising during the works
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to keep the project progressing smoothly
Track progress and report to the Project Supervisor
Participate in inspections, testing and commissioning of installations
Comply with site health and safety rules

University degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience on site and/or in construction projects
Good knowledge of building mechanical installations (HVAC, fire protection, water supply, drainage)
Good knowledge of drawings and technical specifications
Very good written and spoken English
Good knowledge of MS Office; AutoCAD is an additional asset
Organizational and communication skills and willingness to work in a team
Membership of ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber)
Driving licence
Clean criminal record
