Give responsible information and guidance on supplements, vitamins, superfoods, functional nutrition and natural wellness products
Build specialized knowledge of the international wellness brands the company carries
Help grow sales by building trust and long-term customer relationships
Take part in daily store operations, including order management, product displays and maintaining high service standards

At least two years of proven customer service experience, ideally in retail, health or wellness
A degree in dietetics, nutrition or a related field is a significant advantage
Genuine interest in healthy eating, supplements and natural wellness
Strong communication skills, empathy and a customer-centered approach
Commercial awareness, responsibility and the ability to meet targets
Very good knowledge of Greek and English
Willingness to keep learning, work in a team and develop professionally
