Support onboarding of new clients and set up their accounting systems.
Handle daily bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, monthly closes, and financial reports and analysis.
Use company software to complete accounting, reporting, and tax tasks accurately and efficiently.
Prepare payroll, sales tax returns, depreciation schedules, and other accounting documents to professional standards.
Assist with audits and reconciliations to keep financials accurate and compliant.
Analyze financial data to forecast revenue and evaluate profit margins.
Prepare and file U.S. corporate and individual income tax returns, including 1099s and year-end filings.
Research complex tax and accounting issues and propose practical solutions.
Contribute to special projects and financial report preparation as needed.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in accounting, audit, and/or tax.
Turkish CPA (SMMM) license is a big plus.
Outsourced accounting service experience is a big plus.
U.S. GAAP experience is a big plus.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with accounting software systems is a big plus.
Excellent written and verbal business English.
Quantitative and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Must be based in Turkey; work hours follow U.S. Eastern Time.
