3 to 5 years of experience in communications, content, digital marketing, or a related field.
Strong written English and editing and proofreading skills.
Proven ability to produce engaging content for multiple channels.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
Interest in global issues and the not-for-profit sector.
A minimum of an undergraduate degree.
Experience with not-for-profit or mission-driven organisations.
Familiarity with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and social media management tools.
Experience with international or multicultural audiences.
Additional language skills.
Comfort collaborating across teams and time zones.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
