Run full sales cycles to win new enterprise customers, from prospecting through contract negotiation
Present business cases and lead demos for executive audiences
Produce accurate monthly, quarterly and annual pipeline forecasts, and keep Salesforce data clean
Advise enterprise clients on digital and operational transformation, and grow existing accounts
Coordinate internal teams such as Marketing, Sales Development, Legal, Security and Implementation
Manage legal, procurement and compliance steps with clients
Track SaaS trends and act as an advisor to clients and colleagues
Help buyers plan organizational change and adoption across large buying groups
Hand off accounts to Customer Success and Implementation with clear documentation
Share customer, competitor and market insights with Product, Sales and Marketing leaders
Mentor and train junior account executives

5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales, including enterprise new business
A record of closing complex deals with large global companies and C-suite buyers
Experience with consultative sales methods such as MEDDIC, Challenger or Question-Based Selling
Strong executive presence and the ability to turn technical features into ROI-based value stories
Consistent quota attainment while managing large pipelines
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Experience managing legal, procurement and information security processes for large agreements
Proficiency with Salesforce and modern SaaS sales tools
Fluency in German and English, spoken and written
Experience in work or project management, or selling to Marketing, Professional Services, Manufacturing or Engineering (standout)
