Job Description
  • Develop and execute climate finance strategy for grant-making and technical assistance programs
  • Engage regional financial institutions, bilateral donors, and private sector investors
  • Structure innovative financial mechanisms to support climate adaptation and mitigation initiatives
  • Provide expert technical guidance to program teams and external partners
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in climate finance, green investments, or development finance in Africa
  • Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Environmental Studies, or related field
  • Deep understanding of UNFCCC, green bonds, and blended finance models
  • Demonstrated network across African climate finance stakeholders
