Job Description
  • Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure high service standards.
  • Manage Front Office, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Sales, and Facilities.
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue, occupancy, and profitability.
  • Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and control operational costs.
  • Recruit, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant hospitality regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Handle guest concerns and implement service improvement measures.
Requirements
  • A degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Hotel Manager in a 3-star hotel or higher.
  • Proven experience in revenue growth, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
