Role at a premier boutique luxury hotel in Nairobi.
Oversee hotel operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and profit and loss management.
Manage food and beverage outlets, events, private dining, and corporate meetings.
Monitor costs, revenue, inventory, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Optimize room rates, online booking platforms, and direct sales channels.
Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and hospitality partners.
Ensure high standards of guest service and operational efficiency.
Lead, motivate, and develop hotel staff to achieve business objectives.

A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
8-12 years of hospitality experience, including at least 3 years in a senior management position.
Strong experience in food and beverage operations, finance, and revenue management.
Knowledge of hotel management systems, POS systems, online booking platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent leadership, commercial, analytical, and communication skills.
Knowledge of Kenyan tax and statutory compliance requirements is an advantage.
