Role with an established organisation in the property development and construction sector in Limassol.
Draft and review property sale agreements, reservation agreements and related documentation.
Assist with property transfers, title deeds, mortgages and Land Registry matters.
Draft and review commercial agreements, supplier contracts, subcontracts, NDAs and service agreements.
Support the legal team on construction-related contractual matters and disputes.
Maintain corporate records, resolutions, minutes and Registrar of Companies filings.
Assist with AML/KYC and general compliance requirements.
Conduct legal research and support litigation matters where required.
Provide general legal support to different departments across the business.

Law degree and registration with the Cyprus Bar Association (Ideal but not a must)
0-3 years of post-qualification experience.
Previous exposure to real estate, conveyancing, construction or commercial law would be advantageous.
Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.
Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
Commercial mindset with the ability to provide practical legal support.
