Monitor legal and regulatory changes and assess their impact on operations
Review policies and procedures against current rules and recommend updates
Run compliance monitoring reviews, including AML, and address gaps, with training where needed
Investigate and resolve client complaints, including Financial Ombudsman cases
Answer compliance enquiries
Analyse compliance data and produce reports and KPIs for senior management
Identify compliance risks across business units and help build mitigation plans
Decide whether incidents are breaches, incidents or no action, determine CySEC reportability and document reasoning
Support product governance, including approvals, target markets and KIDs/disclosures
Provide information for due diligence by key service providers
Advise departments such as Customer Support, Back Office and Marketing, and review client communications
Support regulatory audits, external auditors and CRS/foreign tax authority correspondence
Develop and deliver compliance training and build a compliance culture
Improve compliance monitoring processes
Balance strategic oversight with operational work, applying risk-based, proportionate controls
Work closely with the legal team

Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business or a related field; certifications such as CAMS or ICA highly desirable
Excellent English communication skills verbally and written
CySEC Advanced Certification, or the ability to obtain it during probation
5-7 years of compliance experience, preferably in financial services focused on online trading or brokerage
Proven ability to interpret and implement financial regulation and AML/CFT frameworks
Able to work autonomously and manage multiple workstreams
Able to balance regulatory rigour with business practicality
Able to engage confidently with senior management and regulators
