Negotiate and execute key contracts with major suppliers to secure quality, cost-effective, on-time ocean freight and services
Identify and implement the best regional logistics footprint by leveraging synergies across business lines and logistics networks
Deliver cost savings with P&L impact and process improvements for business lines
Lead or support logistics tenders and strategic sourcing activities
Lead global regional supplier meetings
Ensure logistics tools and processes are used in the ready to serve arena
Share best practices across the Europe business lines
Manage stakeholders through monthly meetings, support their requirements and identify opportunities
Serve as the final escalation point for operational challenges in contract execution
Partner with other functions on cross-functional projects such as SAP S/4HANA, global master data and sustainability reporting

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain/logistics, engineering or a related field
3-5 years of logistics procurement experience, preferably in ocean freight
Strong background in logistics and supply chain
Experience in strategic sourcing (7-step process) and supplier/contract management
Data-driven, with strong analytical skills
Very good organizational skills and cross-functional project management experience
Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others
Nice to have: experience with tender tools such as Coupa and/or transport management systems such as Oracle
Fluent English, written and verbal; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
