Job Summary
We are seeking a competent and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service delivery, maintaining operational efficiency, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure smooth running of all departments
Supervise, guide, and evaluate staff performance to maintain high service standards
Coordinate housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing and resolving complaints promptly and professionally
Monitor bookings, reservations, and occupancy levels to optimize revenue and operational efficiency
Prepare and review operational reports and performance metrics
Maintain and enforce service quality standards across all departments
Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments
Implement and monitor hotel policies, procedures, and standards
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 3 yearsโ experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in hotel management systems and basic computer applications
