Guide the evolution from functional roles to an outcome-oriented, end-to-end ownership structure.
Own the technical vision and roadmap together with the Tech Leads.
Ensure platform speed, performance, reliability, security, and GDPR compliance.
Mentor the international engineering team toward autonomous decision-making.
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Product leadership.
Build trusting partnerships with the engineering team in the first 3-6 months.
Partner with the team to resolve friction and implement value-driven delivery.
