Requirements
Proven experience: 10+ years designing and shipping complex, distributed systems.
Architectural leadership with a track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives.
Deep technical skill in modern backend development (TypeScript/Node.js or Golang preferred).
Familiarity with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure.
Systems thinking across technology stack layers.
Coaching mindset, elevating others through context and guidance.
Strategic clarity balancing short-term priorities with long-term sustainability.
Strong communication, making complex ideas accessible to technical and non-technical audiences.
Bias for continuous improvement of systems, teams, and practices.
