Job Description
  • Collect information and supporting documents for new-client onboarding
  • Check identity documents, corporate records and KYC forms for completeness and accuracy
  • Identify and verify beneficial owners and review ownership structures
  • Perform sanctions, PEP and adverse-media screening and escalate concerns
  • Support due-diligence checks and client-risk assessments
  • Follow up professionally with clients for outstanding information
  • Maintain client files, compliance records and onboarding trackers
  • Complete periodic reviews and updates of existing KYC records
  • Coordinate onboarding approvals with internal legal and corporate teams
  • Provide administrative support to the AML Compliance Officer
Requirements
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Greek and other languages advantageous
  • Professional client communication and service approach
  • Ability to follow procedures, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Integrity, discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Willingness to learn AML and KYC procedures
  • AML or compliance qualifications advantageous
