Job Description
  • Research companies and identify HR professionals & decision-makers
  • Build prospect lists and generate new B2B leads
  • Reach out via phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Introduce SportBenefit to potential corporate clients
  • Qualify opportunities and book meetings
  • Follow up with prospects and manage activity in the CRM
  • Attend HR, business and networking events across Cyprus
  • Support sales campaigns and business development initiatives
Requirements
  • Some experience in sales, lead generation, business development or another client-facing role
  • Comfortable with outbound calls and approaching new companies
  • Based in Cyprus with right to work in Cyprus
  • Speaks Greek and English fluently
  • Russian language skills (strong advantage)
  • Proactive, organised, confident and motivated by results
  • Interest in building a B2B sales career
