Requirements
Software engineering background, preferably with Python and Go
Experience running production systems at scale, preferably big data or MySQL
Strong judgement about people's motivations, abilities and development needs
Proven ability to build high-quality open source software
Track record of driving engineering practices around performance and quality
Open-minded about new technologies
Drive to build products that improve how people operate software and infrastructure
Track record of developing and growing people
Knowledgeable and passionate about software development
Nice to have: specialist knowledge of Spark, Superset, MySQL or similar
Nice to have: prior open source experience and willingness to build products with the community
