Requirements
Strong academic record, and an undergraduate degree in computer science or a STEM field (or a compelling alternative path).
Experience leading, coaching and mentoring software developers.
Advanced expertise in your domain and knowledge of software development.
Solid experience with agile development.
Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
Organised, self-starting and results-oriented.
Ability to travel twice a year for company events of up to two weeks each.
A track record of developing people, building trust and continual learning.
Nice to have: developer advocacy or community experience.
Nice to have: operations and system administration experience.
Nice to have: performance engineering or security experience.
