Maintain and update the M&E system with a focus on quantitative targets and develop M&E plans for each project.
Coordinate data collection and analysis with third-party providers and partners, including quality control.
Prepare monitoring visit reports based on field findings and contribute data to donor reporting.
Write impact stories.
Supervise the communication plan and tools, quality-check communication products and manage social media for WE4D Tanzania.
Oversee project management, contracts and quality, and engage with procurement and project partners.
Guide third-party service providers.
Share knowledge, build capacity within the team and take on additional tasks as needed.

Bachelor's degree in social sciences, economics, communications or a related field.
3 years of experience in international development cooperation.
3 years of experience in communications or PR.
Knowledge of M&E systems and digital tools, and experience in data collection and analysis.
Working knowledge of ICT and experience writing donor reports.
Knowledge of gender and employment topics.
Experience facilitating interactive sessions.
Ability to work in diverse teams.
Fluency in Swahili and English, with strong digital and technical skills.
