Conduct site surveys and establish benchmarks, control points, and reference lines.
Carry out setting-out activities to ensure construction works are accurately positioned.
Perform topographical, boundary, and as-built surveys.
Measure and record distances, elevations, angles, and coordinate using surveying equipment.
Inspect, calibrate, maintain, safeguard and operate the company's surveying equipment.
Verify that construction works comply with approved drawings, plans, and project requirements.
Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and design drawings.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Site Engineers to support project delivery.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.

University Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
1-5 years of previous experience in a Land Surveyor role within the construction industry.
Proficiency in using Total Stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, Levels and other surveying instruments.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and surveying software.
Ability to read and interpret engineering, architectural, and construction drawings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities on site.
A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced construction environment.
