Review each learner's previous project submissions, and any topics they've struggled with, before the call.
Prepare slide-based technical deep-dive sessions on a Nanodegree concept, including use cases and a Q&A.
Run project walkthroughs that explain each rubric element and common problem areas, which may include grading a sample submission.
Host regular group Q&A sessions via Slack or video for project and coursework questions.

At least 5 years of proven technical experience in the relevant field.
A genuine passion for mentoring and helping learners succeed.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Deep understanding of the tech industry and emerging AI trends.
Flexibility to work part-time as a contractor alongside other commitments.
Strong grasp of LLMs, prompt engineering, and reasoning frameworks such as Chain-of-Thought and ReAct.
Experience with prompt chains, role-based prompts, feedback loops, and iterative prompt refinement.
Hands-on experience with agentic workflows, including routing, orchestration, and sequential, parallel, and reflective designs.
Ability to build AI agents with tool use, API integrations, structured outputs, memory, state management, and database interaction.
Experience with single-agent and multi-agent RAG systems.
Skill in evaluating agents through testing, debugging, and performance improvement.
Ability to explain complex agentic AI concepts clearly through instruction, demos, and learner support.
