Job Description
  • Draft, review, and negotiate vendor, customer, and licensing contracts so they meet company policy and legal requirements.
  • Work with legal, sales, product, engineering, finance, and accounting teams on contract terms and issues.
  • Keep the contract ticketing system current, respond to tickets promptly, and track milestones and deadlines.
  • Help address contract deviations and breaches.
  • Help develop and improve contract templates and standard clauses.
  • Support the approval process to make sure contracts are properly authorized and documented.
  • Train employees on contract matters and best practices.
  • Keep up with laws and regulations that affect contract management.
Requirements
  • 5 to 10 years of experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a contracts or legal counsel, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organization and time management.
  • Proficiency with contract management software or tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Prior ad-tech experience is a plus.
