A track record of training large-scale video generation models from scratch across multiple nodes, on data at the millions-of-hours scale.
Deep post-training experience with RLHF, GRPO, and DPO, and judgment about when to use each.
A strong record on data quality, with willingness to question data.
Multi-year research strategy thinking combined with hands-on execution at the frontier.
Cross-functional influence without formal authority.
Technically grounded leadership and clear communication across research and product.
A strong drive to ship research into user-facing products.
