Draft, review, and help negotiate commercial contracts and legal agreements
Prepare corporate and commercial documents
Assist with forming Cyprus companies and handling corporate administration and changes
Support corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals
Carry out legal research and prepare opinions, correspondence, and resolutions
Help with corporate restructuring
Coordinate with clients and outside professionals such as banks, accountants, and authorities
Keep files organised and track deadlines
Assist senior lawyers and maintain strict confidentiality

UK law degree and completion of the Cyprus Bar examinations, with eligibility to practise in Cyprus
Recent completion of a traineeship welcome; up to about one year of post-qualification experience acceptable
Academic or practical exposure to corporate or commercial law highly desirable
Strong English, drafting, research, and contract analysis skills
Attention to detail, organisation, time management, and ability to handle multiple deadlines
Commercial awareness, professional communication, and a proactive, self-motivated approach
Discretion, integrity, and high professional ethics
