Support delivery of in-depth programmes: cohort-based fellowships and careers programmes for advocates in priority countries.
Support participant selection for programmes.
Support programme logistics, including in-person components, venues, travel and scheduling.
Support programme outreach activities.
Prepare and maintain programme materials, templates and documentation.
Support participants and alumni throughout and after programmes.
Support data collection for research and monitoring and evaluation.

Strong organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
Reliable and proactive, comfortable owning tasks without close supervision in a small team.
Clear written communication with a wide range of people.
Interest in effective animal advocacy and in the African context.
Desirable: experience supporting programmes, events or cohorts.
Desirable: experience working remotely across time zones.
Desirable: comfort with data tools and AI-supported workflows.
Desirable: Arabic, French, or another regionally relevant language.
