month on-site internship with the UN-Habitat Independent Evaluation Unit (IEU).
Assist the IEU with knowledge and information management related to decentralized evaluations.
Assist in maintaining and improving simple tracking tools for evaluations, recommendations and follow-up actions.
Support the structuring, filing and archiving of evaluation reports, management responses and related documentation.
Support workflow automation using standard Microsoft 365 tools for information sharing and coordination.
Help improve internal workflows such as reminders, document routing or notifications, with guidance.
Help prepare and format guidance notes or user instructions for internal use.
Provide general administrative and information management support to the IEU as required.

Enrolled in a graduate programme, in the final year of a first degree, or holding a Bachelor's or higher.
No professional work experience required.
Field of study in information management, information systems, library science, evaluation, social sciences, development studies or similar preferred.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and familiarity with the Power Platform (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
Fluent oral and written English required; French preferred; another UN language desirable.
Interest in the work of the UN and ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds.
Familiarity with evaluation, research or results-based management is desirable.
