Job Description
  • Provide strategic technical leadership on inclusive education programs globally
  • Lead design and quality assurance of disability-inclusive education interventions
  • Represent Sightsavers in global policy forums and international education coalitions
  • Publish technical papers and policy briefs on inclusive learning practices
Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree in Education, Special Needs Education, International Development, or related field
  • 8+ years of technical advisory experience in disability-inclusive education in low/middle-income countries
  • Demonstrated expertise in policy advocacy with governments and international agencies
  • Fluent in English; French fluency strongly preferred
