Job Description
  • Support and execute marketing campaigns that boost Mama Dubai's visibility, engagement, and reputation.
  • Manage Mama's social media presence, coordinate content, and keep channels fresh, relevant, and full of personality.
  • Coordinate promotions, partnerships, events, and activations across Mama Shelter Dubai and its F&B outlets.
  • Create eye-catching visuals, posters, digital assets, and marketing materials that capture Mama's bold personality.
  • Prepare professional, visually engaging presentations, reports, and marketing proposals.
  • Explore influencer collaborations, media opportunities, and local partnerships.
  • Manage marketing calendars, briefs, deadlines, and campaign deliverables.
  • Track campaign performance, social media insights, and marketing results to identify opportunities.
  • Keep an eye on hospitality trends, competitors, and Dubai's lifestyle and F&B scene.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and the hotel's different departments.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of crafting content in F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality.
  • Filming and editing skills, from lighting to smooth edits.
  • Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop; After Effects is a bonus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, reels and algorithms.
  • Proactive, curious, and full of ideas; thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • A portfolio that shows your edge and eye.
  • Reliability, people skills, and teamwork.
