Build and carry out sourcing strategies for expansion-market hiring
Run direct searches for senior and executive-level roles
Map talent and target companies in the relevant locations
Reach candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, professional networks and other channels
Share market insight on talent availability, candidate expectations, competitors and local hiring challenges
Work with Lead Talent Partners to refine search criteria and build pipelines
Keep candidate and sourcing records accurate in the ATS

Experience in candidate sourcing or research, ideally at senior/executive level or in research-heavy international roles
Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter (or equivalent) skills
Comfort working across unfamiliar geographies and regulatory contexts
Strong attention to detail and the ability to turn research into structured candidate profiles
Fluent spoken and written English
Plus: fintech, CFD/FX or regulated financial services sourcing; experience with Lever, LinkedIn or similar ATS; experience using AI tools
