Keeping care of the trading infrastructure
Assist with analyzing market trends and the competitive environment
Evaluate risks
Provide reports to senior management and/or other relevant departments
Provide assistance to other departments with their requests related to the brokerage department
Be in communication with CySEC, Auditors or any other authority that will ask questions or require cooperation
Being in communication and proactively managing relationships with service providers to help the brokerage department meet its obligations
Proactively improving level of service of the brokerage department, mainly from the regulatory perspective
Actively participate in training and develop your knowledge and skills in brokerage

English language proficiency - B2 level
Knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms (experience in brokerage is an advantage)
Analytical skills and experience with data processing
Communication skills and ability to work in a team
Determination and willingness to develop in the field of brokerage
Nice to have: CySEC advanced certificate (can be completed after hiring; company covers cost and exam preparation)
