Focus primarily on application security, working with product teams on new systems to strengthen security posture
Cover a broad scope from direct application security to infrastructure work such as database security
Help define and enforce guardrails for AI agents, including securing agentic tooling against prompt injection
Build policies and technical controls that govern company-wide AI usage
Design agentic SIEM/SecOps pipelines for AI-driven triage and response
Secure MCP integrations against misuse and credential exposure
Tune code security review agents
Write AI governance standards for LLM-powered tools
Centralise login and permissions enforcement, including privileged access management
Rework secrets management with ephemeral secrets
Carry out security reviews of public-facing APIs

Minimum of 7-8 years of professional experience, with 3-5 years in a security-related role
Strong experience with Python
Fluent English
Valued: balancing security with velocity, helping engineers adopt secure patterns, mentoring
Valued: AI governance in regulated financial services, remediating non-conformities, security-focused code review or penetration testing
Certifications such as ISO-27001 and PCI-DSS are beneficial
