Manage and improve the company's Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 27001, other security standards and regulations
Assess information security risks and coordinate mitigation
Review security controls, policies and procedures, and identify improvements
Coordinate internal and external audits and track corrective actions
Manage incident investigation, documentation, reporting and follow-up
Monitor emerging threats and vulnerabilities and help implement protections
Run information security awareness and training activities
Work with teams to apply security requirements across systems, projects and processes
Maintain security documentation, records and reports
Support business continuity, disaster recovery and third-party security assessments where applicable

Bachelor's or Master's degree in information security, cybersecurity, computer science or a related field
At least one year of relevant professional experience
Solid understanding of ISO/IEC 27001, security controls and risk management
Knowledge of cyber threats, vulnerabilities and security best practices
Familiarity with data protection and information security requirements
Strong analytical, organizational and documentation skills
Attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work both independently and with others
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive attitude and commitment to ongoing learning
Excellent written and spoken English
A professional security certification, such as ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, is a plus
