Customer Service Training Development: Develop, maintain and facilitate customer service programs for Service Advisors and customer-facing personnel.
Customer Service Content Creation: Create guides, role-play scenarios, simulations, workshop exercises, online modules, assessment tools and coaching guides.
E-Learning Development: Convert classroom content into engaging online learning experiences.
LMS Administration: Upload and maintain learning content on the LMS.
Assessment and Certification: Design and facilitate competency-based assessments.
Continuous Improvement: Keep content current with new vehicle technologies, manufacturer requirements, customer service trends and best practices.

Automotive OEM training certifications.
Instructional Design certification.
Training Facilitation qualification.
Assessor and Moderator qualifications.
Toyota Certified Service Advisor.
Toyota Parts certification.
Advantageous: Diploma or degree in education, learning and development, instructional design, human resources or a related field.
3-5 years' experience in training content development.
Experience designing classroom and online learning materials.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Automotive dealership or manufacturer training experience.
Parts sales and operational experience.
Experience developing Service Advisor and Parts training programs.
Experience with instructional design software such as Articulate, i-Spring or similar tools.
