The role will own and evolve the Muse's operating system end-to-end, combining operational excellence, cross-functional execution, and AI-driven transformation.
Requirements
5–8 years in Operations, Strategy, Product Management, Organizational Development, AI/Transformation, or related fields
Strong product mindset with proven ownership of complex systems or initiatives end-to-end
Hands-on experience designing and scaling operational processes and OKR frameworks
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations
Proven track record of driving organizational change and improving execution quality
Experience in AI strategy, implementation, or data-driven systems is a strong advantage
Solid understanding of AI/ML, data analytics, and their business applications
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, especially at executive level
High standards for communication, documentation, and systems thinking
Ability to translate complex concepts (including AI) into clear, actionable insights
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Familiarity with data protection and ethical AI practices
