Support project design aligned with IHI strategy in eye health, hearing care, and rehabilitation
Guide project planning with detailed documentation for assigned countries
Monitor implementation and contribute to evaluations
Deliver training on inclusive health topics to program and partner staff
Develop high-quality funding applications for IHI projects
Monitor relevant policies, trends, and research in target health areas
Foster adaptive management culture across teams
Support data quality and evidence-based decision-making
Translate program data into policy-influencing messages with communications colleagues
Represent CBM's initiatives to external stakeholders
Participate in professional networks and contribute to research publications

Advanced degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field
Minimum 7 years international development experience; at least 3 years in health programs
Understanding of health sector trends and project cycle management
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Proposal writing and M&E framework development experience
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Fluency in French and English is required
Microsoft Office proficiency
Commitment to disability inclusion and safeguarding
Alignment with CBM's Christian values
