Job Description
  • Support the setup and management of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Assist with keyword, audience, competitor, and market research
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Help prepare campaign reports and performance summaries
  • Check budgets, results, tracking, and campaign delivery
  • Support the creation of campaign briefs for designers and copywriters
  • Assist with conversion tracking, pixels, events, and UTMs
  • Update campaign data and maintain accurate client reports
  • Learn how to improve CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS
  • Stay informed about platform updates and advertising trends
Requirements
  • Good understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and paid advertising
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence working with numbers, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Willingness to learn and accept feedback
  • Ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and priorities
  • Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility
