Job Description
  • Lead the People & Culture strategy across all operational countries in Africa
  • Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement
  • Ensure HR policies align with national labor laws across African jurisdictions
  • Drive organizational culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple African countries
  • Strong knowledge of African labor legislation and HR best practices
