C1-level French and English (spoken and written)
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Focus on interpersonal relationships and a passion for providing first-class service.
Proficiency in: Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Mac OS, or iOS devices.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Availability Monday to Sunday, 4:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Kenya Time), two days off per week
