Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate and schedule the dispatch of animal feeds to ensure timely delivery to clients.
Documentation: Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate dispatch documents and records.
Team Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the warehouse team, drivers, and the sales team to keep operations running smoothly.
Tracking & Issue Resolution: Track and update the status of all dispatches and proactively resolve delivery problems.
Reporting: Provide regular, accurate reports on dispatch activities and metrics to management.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety standards and operating procedures.

Education: A Degree or Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar dispatch or logistics role.
Industry Experience: Experience in the FMCG sector will be a distinct added advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ERP systems is required.
Leadership: Previous experience serving in a supervisory capacity is necessary.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
