Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate counts and reconciliations
Plan store replenishment and fulfil customer orders
Coordinate local shipments, carriers, freight forwarders and customs clearance
Recruit, schedule, train and manage warehouse-team performance
Maintain high health, safety, security and organisation standards
Monitor KPIs, cost, productivity and stock loss
Improve processes and coordinate with Retail, Buying, Merchandising, Finance, Logistics and Stores

Three to five years or more in warehouse supervision or management, preferably in retail
Strong inventory-control, stocktaking and warehouse-process knowledge
Experience with ERP or inventory-management systems
Experience with imports, freight forwarding and customs
Leadership, organisation, problem-solving and Excel skills
Ability to work under pressure and lead a team
Logistics, Supply Chain or Business qualification is an advantage
