Job Description
  • Support the Logistics Manager with daily departmental coordination
  • Monitor domestic and international orders and ensure timely deliveries
  • Conduct inventory checks of products, raw materials, and storage facilities
  • Coordinate with Production, Sales, Planning, and other departments
  • Participate in cross-departmental meetings and address delivery issues
  • Enhance logistics and supply chain processes
  • Monitor corporate procedures and health/safety compliance requirements
  • Track KPIs and support corrective actions
  • Prepare reports and contribute to improvement projects
Requirements
  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years relevant experience
  • Strong ERP/WMS and Excel proficiency
  • Fluent Greek; good English capability
  • Organization, coordination, analytical thinking, problem-solving, priority management
  • Industrial experience, export logistics, warehouse operations, KPI management, or health/safety expertise (advantageous)
