Job Description
  • Role with a reputable manufacturing company.
  • Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing and dispatching materials, tools and equipment.
  • Verify deliveries, maintain accurate records and report discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks and coordinate replenishment for warehouse and project sites.
  • Operate and update computerized stock management systems (ERP/SAP) and prepare inventory reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of tools and equipment, ensuring proper storage, maintenance and availability.
  • Organise warehouse layout, maintain cleanliness and enforce safety procedures.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics and site teams.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Supervise, train and support warehouse staff, monitoring performance and productivity.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years' experience in warehouse management, storekeeping or a similar role.
  • Experience with inventory management systems, such as ERP or SAP.
  • Strong knowledge of stock control and warehouse operations.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in construction or façade contracting is an advantage.
  • Warehouse or logistics qualifications are an advantage.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
